Captain Pre-Registration & ₹1,599 Offer Terms

RYDO TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Rydo", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Rydo.india platform.

1. Important offer summary

• Limited to the first 2,000 eligible pre-registered Captains.
• Pre-registration fee: ₹1,599.
• Lifetime 0% RYDO commission for qualifying Founding Captains only.
• ₹1,599 is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Pre-registration does not guarantee Captain activation, rides or earnings.

2Eligibility

To qualify, an applicant must use an official Rydo registration channel, pay ₹1,599, fall within the first 2,000 eligible registrations, provide accurate information and successfully complete the required KYC, document and vehicle verification and onboarding.

3Lifetime 0% Commission

An eligible Founding Captain receives 0% RYDO commission on eligible completed rides for life, subject to continued eligibility and compliance with the Captain/Driver Agreement and these Offer Terms.

0% means 0% RYDO commission. It does not automatically waive separately disclosed platform/service charges, taxes, payment-provider fees, refunds, adjustments or other lawful amounts. The benefit is personal and non-transferable.

4The ₹1,599 Fee

The fee is for pre-registration and onboarding. It is not payment for guaranteed rides, income, employment, vehicle financing or activation. The fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Rydo.

5Standard Captains

Captains outside the Founding Captain offer may be charged the applicable 5%–15% commission per completed ride, as disclosed before it applies.

6Platform Charges

Rydo may charge separate platform, service, technology or booking charges to Riders and/or Captains. Such charges are separate from commission and will be disclosed transparently.

7Rydo’s Role

Rydo provides a technology and booking platform intended to connect Riders/Passengers and Captains/service providers. Captains remain responsible for required licences, permits, insurance, vehicle compliance and safe operation where applicable.

8Incidents & Liability

Captains must maintain required insurance and report serious incidents. Rydo will respond according to applicable law, insurance arrangements and contractual responsibilities. Rydo does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9Limit & Fraud

The offer ends when 2,000 eligible pre-registered Captains are reached. Duplicate registrations, false documents, fraud, payment abuse or manipulation may result in disqualification or account action.

10Acceptance

By submitting the registration and paying the fee, the applicant confirms acceptance of these Offer Terms and the applicable Rydo policies.
