How to book an auto

• Open the RYDO Rider app and set your pickup and drop.
• Choose Auto or Auto Priority and check the fare.
• Meet your captain, check the number plate, and share your 4-digit OTP.
• Pay by cash or UPI at the drop.

Auto fares

Auto: ₹35–₹60 base fare covering the first km, then ₹12–₹15 per km. Auto Priority: ₹45–₹70 base fare, then ₹13–₹16 per km. A ₹5 convenience fee applies per ride, and waiting time, tolls and parking are extra.

Safety in an auto
