Bring a friend to drive with RYDO. When they join with your referral code and finish their first ride, you get ₹100 and they get ₹300 in their RYDO wallet.
In the Captain app, open Refer a captain to share your code. Your friend enters it in their Captain app.
Captain questions
What documents do I need?
Your driving licence, vehicle RC, current vehicle insurance, Aadhaar or PAN, and a live selfie taken in the Captain app. You can go online once all five are verified.
What if a document is rejected?
The Captain app shows which document needs attention. Upload a valid, current copy and it will be checked again.
How much commission does RYDO take?
Standard captains pay 5–15% per completed ride, depending on the plan, city, category or promotion, and it is shown before it applies. Founding Captains pay 0% for life under the Offer Terms.
How do I get paid?
Riders pay in cash or online. Your earnings are recorded in the wallet in the Captain app, and you can request a payout of your available balance to your verified bank account. Payout limits may apply.
Which vehicles can I drive?
Bikes, autos and cars, with the documents and permits your vehicle type needs. Parcels are carried by bike captains.
Can I choose when I work?
Yes. You go online in the Captain app when you want ride requests, and offline when you’re done.

Write to support@rydoind.in. For an earnings or payout problem, include the trip or transaction details.

Pre-registration costs ₹1,599 and is limited to the first 2,000 eligible captains. The fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law, and paying it does not guarantee activation, rides or earnings. Standard captains pay 5–15% commission per completed ride.

- We contact you with the ₹1,599 payment link and the steps to follow.
- Verification — driving licence, vehicle papers, Aadhaar and a photo ID.
- Once you’re onboarded you start accepting rides. Founding Captains keep 100% of the fare with 0% RYDO commission.
