RYDO TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Rydo", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Rydo.india platform. These terms apply to delivery services offered through Rydo where available and permitted.

1Scope

These terms apply to delivery services offered through Rydo where available and permitted.

2Sender

The sender must provide accurate pickup and recipient information, package details and lawful instructions, and must package goods safely.

3Prohibited Items

Illegal goods, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, controlled substances, stolen goods and other prohibited or restricted items may not be sent.

4Recipient & Captain

The recipient should be available at the stated location. The Captain must handle packages with reasonable care, follow lawful instructions and maintain required vehicle and document compliance.

5Failed Delivery

Where delivery cannot be completed due to an unavailable recipient, an incorrect address, a prohibited item or another material issue, Rydo may follow its applicable return or cancellation procedure.

6Loss, Damage & Charges

Claims should be reported promptly with supporting evidence. Responsibility and compensation are subject to the applicable terms, insurance and law. Delivery fares, platform charges and refunds follow the app and the Fare & Pricing Policy and the Payment & Settlement Policy.
